Degraded performance in Omen OCR services

Omen OCR services are back online and processing has returned to normal.
The earlier degradation affected some document processing operations that depend on OCR, causing intermittent failures and delays. Our team isolated the issue, restored the affected service capacity, and confirmed that processing is operating normally again.
We will continue monitoring the component to ensure stability.
We are currently investigating degraded performance affecting Omen, our OCR processing component. Some document processing operations that depend on OCR may experience delays or intermittent failures.
Initial analysis indicates that the affected pods are restarting due to a native process crash. Current resource metrics do not indicate memory exhaustion or Kubernetes resource pressure as the cause.
Our team is working to isolate the failing workload and restore normal processing capacity. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
